Home Visits

Doctor's bag

Home visits should only be requested for those who are unable to come to the Practice because of serious illness and infirmity.

If you are too ill to attend surgery and feel you need a visit please ring 0121 475 1534 before 10:30; this helps in the planning of visits. The on call doctor will usually talk to you on the telephone and offer advice and visit if appropriate.

Visits are usually done between 11:00 and 15:00. Whenever possible we prefer to see you at the Practice since we are better equipped to discuss your problems and examine you in ideal conditions. If you do not feel well enough to sit in the waiting room we can make alternative arrangements to accommodate you so please speak with reception staff.
